Solid building but don’t expect landlord help
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modernized buzzer system, heating system not too noisy, super quiet location, respectful neighbors, decent garbage management, floors / walls are well-maintained, great water pressure
Cons:
There’s a dog kennel next door that apparently closed, but you can still faintly here dogs barking in there through the wall. Using a fan / playing music is enough to drown them out. Rare bug issues (2 roaches in 2 years), landlord might as well not exist, kitchen features out of date
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to apartment issues. Maybe get an issue tracker or something…everything takes 15 emails to get done. Also need to install some soundproofing bc of the dogs

Doggy Daycare/Boarding Noise 24/7
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance would resolve various around the house issues but it took about 3x to get management to reply to the original inquiry.
Cons:
If you’re on the east side of this building ... all you can hear are the dogs in the boarding facility next door all night long, without fail. C
