Great building!

Pros:
Excellent building, management is a small family run business. Super (Juan) is attentive, responsive and caring. Him and his sweet family live on the first floor.
Cons:
Security at entrance could be better - no cameras for buzzing people in which caused for a few instances of stolen packages etc.
Advice to owner:
Recommend camera at door. Recommend better communication opportunity between management company and tenants (email or portal etc)

Fantastic building!

Pros:
The live in super Juan is wonderful! So nice and so responsive. Makes any repairs quickly and is flexible with time. The building is clean, elevator is working, and laundry machines are well maintained.
Cons:
If you live on the 1st floor you can hear anything that happens in the lobby.
