Pros:
I loved my Chelsea apt. The neighborhood has changed and it’s definitely not like it used to be much more modernized
Cons:
Again, Chelsea is amazing. I loved the apartment but I really miss the old Chelsea.
Advice to owner:

Good price, crappy management

Pros:
Apartments are very fairy priced considering the location. They are also spacious and have easy layout.
Cons:
It is a walkup building, so every time you forget something you have to do the flights. Can also be noisy because of garbage trucks and fire station is not far away.
Management is not competent: ignoring emails until you call them, taking their time to resolve issues.
