Live-able, Kind of Dirty, Low Security

* Decent studio / starter apartment * Neighbors were wonderful * Heating etc worked perfectly

* Dirty * Packages Stolen from Lobby * Noise comes through from the street * Roaches

Nice co-op, mix of renters and shareholders. Building very well maintained and staff very responsive.
Cons:
Apartments facing 7th ave can get a bit loud, but the windows are quite thick.
