Very Responsive Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building staff was easy to communicate with over email and responded quickly to our concerns.
Cons:
The stairs are very narrow and uneven. Not an issue but something to keep in mind when moving.
Advice to owner:
Please fix the stairs inside — they are uneven and are difficult when carrying things.

Honestly love it here
Former Tenant
Pros:
- responsive kind super - building management answers very quickly - ticket system for super requests online - always clean
Cons:
- None really - Saw a few roaches but exterminators come same week and set traps and put bait and clean up/patch areas
