Surprisingly large spaces but pest issue
Former Tenant
Pros:
Units are large, lofts, and very few tenants in total. Really friendly massage business and amazing bagels below.
Cons:
There’s clearly a large pest issue and garbage is kept on third floor which doesn’t help. Common areas are rarely cleaned. Area doesn’t feel as safe.
Advice to owner:
You need to deep deep clean this place much more regularly and take care of the pests for good.
