Overpriced but fine

The roof is great, apartments are big

Super not responsive, can be loud as it’s across from a school

Great location, incredibly thin internal walls

Pros:
Amazing location on top of the 23rd St ACE line, and same block as Whole Foods.
Corridors and gym are nicely air conditioned.
A couple of the door staff are friendly and competent.
Cons:
I'm moving out because the internal walls are so thin, I can hear my roommate putting a spoon down on a plate in the kitchen from my bedroom.
Just 1 elevator for a reasonably sized building, which they put out of service during move ins and move outs without any signage.
Insufficient furniture on the roof, such as no shade / umbrellas.

Pros:
Door staff are friendly and helpful and on-site supervisor is very responsive. Corridors are kept clean and trash rooms are emptied daily.
Cons:
Management company is very unresponsive. Recent refurb was done very cheaply, so eg cupboard doors do not fit properly. No per-unit control over heating.

The super is great, but that's about it
Cons:
Management is super unresponsive, the trash room is crawling with bugs, heat is constantly broken and shut off for repairs
Advice to owner:
Replace property management as soon as possible

Pros:
Zach the super is very nice and responsive
Good amenities
Cons:
Lots of pigeons in the courtyard of the building
Central AC doesn’t work very well on hot days on the top couple floors
Building management (Shimica) is not very responsive
