Super is the best part

clean, safe, responsive management
Cons:
cockroaches often. they offer pest control but it appears to be a building-wide issue.
elevator down sometimes.
Advice to owner:
good job here. and never lose Paul, he has made my experience in the building above and beyond!!!

Amazing super, great building, good people. Not a single bad thing to say.
Cons:
Sometimes you can hear your neighbors stomping around, but overall not a huge issue.

None, keep doing what you do!

Friendly and responsive super, friendly and quiet neighbors
Cons:
Not many. Occasionally challenging to get in touch with the landlord and initially had to pay rent by check but they went digital and I never had any major issues.
