DO NOT LIVE HERE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is central Rent price is semi-reasonable for location
Cons:
-this landlord is a scam artist and will try to keep your security deposit (my deposit was returned the night before we were supposed to go to small claims court after over a year) -my apartment had a mouse problem and a massive leak that opened up the bathroom ceiling and the landlord refused to address either -trash is put in a tiny closet that almost always has rats in it -apartment came with several “patched up” damages for example there was a hole in the wall roughly a foot wide that was duct taped and painted over with white paint and trim molding (mice chewed through it exposing it)
