BAD BUILDING - DO NOT MOVE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has an elevator and laundry
Cons:
Landlord and building management is HORRIBLE - takes forever to cash checks, landlord has also repeatedly let people into the apartment without informing me prior which is quite literally against the law, he takes no accountability and doesn't change his actions. Do not recommend moving here at all

No frills, clean unit in well connected location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very well connected location, walking distance from Hudson Yards and Chelsea. Responsive landlord and clean unit.
Cons:
Ground floor entrance sometimes a bit dirty, but not notably poor.

Beware of Second Floor
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doorman, laundry in building, & landlord office is on site which is convenient for emergencies like leaks or plumbing issues. The lobby is nice and well maintained.
Cons:
The second floor is completely unrenovated apartments (fluorescent lights, dirty, dated, etc.), not worth the high rent price and building amenities. Lower floors hear the noise from the hookah lounge next door every night.
Advice to owner:
Renovate the second floor to match the rest of the building in order to justify the price you charge in rent.
