Convenient location, no frills building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super convenient location with good sized apartments for the price. Super does a great job and is very responsive to requests.
Cons:
Extremely noisy if you face the street. Building could use some upgrades for cleanliness and other amenities.

Responsive management, very loud, mouses, smells
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very responsive management that would respond to anything very fast. Very good and responsive super. Heat was good temperature always. Water temperature and pressure always good. Things in the apartment all worked very well.
Cons:
There were often bad smells. Thin walls so could hear neighbors music and TV. Drying in laundry machines weren't good so would need to run multiple cycles. Mice problem. 14th street is very loud and windows weren't great at blocking noise.
Advice to owner:
Invest in better dryers and windows. Take garbage out of basement more regularly. Deal with mouse problem.
