Great building and well maintained

Pros:
Super actually maintains the building, mops/sweeps the staircase and halls consistently and is always around. There was an issue with the pipe in the unit above mine that they had to get to through mine. They were in and out during the day and I couldn’t tell they were there.
I also love the door code on the door to the building. Makes sharing apartment key easy.
Great updated units.
Cons:
I wish it had laundry, in-unit preferably.
Super small, tight bathroom.
Apartments look into each other so you really need to figure out a blinds/curtains situation.
