Great location but very big rent increases each year
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location - convenient to get everywhere W/D in unit Friendly staff Clean and well maintained building Free gym
Cons:
Very big rent increases each year. Market rate apartments so they can charge whatever they want Lots of students in the building / occasionally noisy at night Thin walls / ceilings. Can hear neighbors Very small for what you are paying Additional monthly fees on top of rent

Best building I've ever lived in so far
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is perfect, aside from the cost of living here. The staff and management are very friendly. All of the neighbors I've come across are also very sweet. I believe all units (mine was) are renovated with new kitchens which are amazing. Little to no noise from the cars outside (my unit faced inwards not towards the street). And a small balcony! Felt very lucky and welcomed in this building.
Cons:
Walls are quite thin so you can hear your neighbors if they are a bit loud.
Advice to owner:
none

Well located if expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff are all lovely, leasing management team fairly responsive, apartments sufficiently modern and well-proportioned.
Cons:
Heating during the winter is insanely hot. Otherwise no complaints

A great place to call home
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, central location with quick access to most subway lines, good quality finishings and appliances, spacious layouts (1br), amazing kitchen, very responsive and friendly maintenance and property management, little to no noise travels between units.
Cons:
Very expensive. Apartments facing 6th ave always sound like traffic, white noise and music helps. Radiators can be adjusted but controls in a very awkward place. Water hammer noises common. Balconies (esp 6av side) are uselessly small but is is a nice way to check the weather.
