Clean building with great super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Onsite super is great, very responsive and super nice. 11' ceilings and giant windows = lots of light and air. 2 elevators in building. Management very responsive. Great location. Friendly neighbours. Laundry in building is never crowded.
Cons:
Can hear some street noise from 7th Ave if windows are open, but you get used to it. Walls on the thinner side - can sometimes hear neighbours' music, but never late at night or at a volume that you can't drown out by turning on your own tv. Sometimes mail carriers can't get in building so some packages don't get delivered.

Management is awful
Former Tenant
Pros:
- neighborhood - neighborhood - neighborhood
Cons:
- low end prestations. Old kitchen, old bathroom. - mouses in the building. Very little pet control even after several complaints to management. - broker charges 15% even when you are a current tenant trying to move within the building. - slow or no response from management. Lift broken for weeks, dishwasher broken and took them 6 weeks to fix it. - You can leave your flat earlier only after you surrender your flat and still pay all remaining months until the end of your contract.
Advice to owner:
Your broker Anne A. cannot be trusted. She puts her family in low income rental (her son). Then she charges existing tenants 15% to move within the same building when she has not even made the visit, I think it’s just pure theft.
