Good starter but not great forever

Pros:
stores are nice, great area for getting robbed
Cons:
The bathroom upstairs exploded twice and the first time they were hyper active but then they waited 3 months and now it’s still disgusting and leaks everywhere, have to hold back vomit to use it :(
Advice to owner:
Fix your pipes bozo!
