Highly reccomend this
Former Tenant
Pros:
The best super I have ever seen. Each apartment is individually owned. Responsive building. Friendly quiet neighbors.
Cons:
My specific apartment did not have a lot of natural light.

Long time resident
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent location. Tree lined street. Great mix of people.
Cons:
This is a pre-war building and as such it comes with the issue such a building will have. Maintenance of the exterior of the structure has the potential to be an ongoing issue as the building ages.
Advice to owner:
Under the new property management company we have the opportunity to improve communication with the tenants which was less then ideal under the old management company.

Mean neighbors and terrible owners, renters have no rights
Former Tenant
Pros:
Steve the super is very nice and helpful
Cons:
Owners are terrible and everyone in the building hates renters. Neighbors are very rude and literally bully renters.
