Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
In a good location
Cons:
The tenant on the top floor with serious mental health issues who regularly floods their apt and therefore our apt. Also enjoys screaming and smashing up their apt throughout the night
Advice to owner:
Disclose this information to new tenants before you allow them to sign a lease for an extortionate amount of rent only to find out they live in some kind of torture chamber. Alternatively rent it out to fans of BDSM. It would make a great dungeon
