Pay for the location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are great. Fantastic location.
Cons:
Management is terrible. They can't get their accounting for your rent right. I had to get a lawyer involved for them to finally give me my security deposit back. I'm sure they would have kept it if we did not threaten legal action. Overall communication with management is terrible, they will literally just not respond.
Advice to owner:
Charge rent correctly and return the security deposits on time!
