Are there any apartments where you don't hear noise from the outside (like cars, honking, screaming, etc.)?

Yes, it’s a busy street so there is some noise if you are facing the street. I’m on a 20+ floor and even then the honking noises are there but it becomes background noise after a while if you are high up. You get a really view if you face the street though

Can someone elaborate on the mold? Where is it located and how did you discover it?

The mold is just the mold that accumulates in the bathroom tub caulk if you leave water around it for a while. You can strip it out and replace it with better caulk though

It’s no longer being renovated. They were renovating the front door though and they did it during business hours

Yes, I’m on my third year living here and just between my last years rent and this years it was a 30percent increase.
