Mice Infested Lofts

Pros:
Building is old and historical and still elevator accessible with huge lofts.
Cons:
The building is absolutely infested with mice. I used to kill 3+ daily for the better part of a year. The pipes are so old for heat (and are huge) that it sounds like someone is hitting your pipes with an axe all winter. Genuinely never slept during the cold months. The hot water is dicey and there is a ton of water damage from leaks over the years leading to lots of mold.
