Pros:
The flowers in the street.
Cons:
Flowers 28 LLC + Rowdy Management are horrible, and not professional at all. There is no phone number to contact anyone directly for any maintenance inquiries. The hallways are uncleaned; cockroach and mice infestations going up and down the hallways. The trash area is small (3 garbage bins) and with all the units in the building, the trash piles up quickly. I was duped into moving in with the hopes of cooking gas turning back on. It's been precisely a year when the gas has been shut off. Poor maintenance and cleanliness. The steam radiator also has a loud bang when it starts. Feels like someone banging it with a hammer at 5am. Have reached out to management for the last month to have someone come look at it. Neighbor down the hall passed away and the door is taped off with clear plastic. Pleasant sight to see daily. Wouldn't surprise me if the building becomes condemned. Do not move here.
Advice to owner:
Actually get involved to see how you can remedy the issues: sell the building or demo it.
