Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location for most trains (and Path / Penn Station)
Cons:
Multiple issues with rodents and little to no action from property management

No action from management regarding maintenance issues

Attempted to charge late fees during April 2020 when New York State had temporarily mandated that no tenants be charged late fees. Had to get lawyer involved to resolve the issue.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to your tenants, especially regarding rodents. This problem only gets worse when ignored.
