Good location and updated apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Updated kitchen and bathroom + amazing location. I liked the online payment system
Cons:
Management companies take long to respond and no live in super. Also roommate complain she saw a mouse and out complaint wasn’t taken seriously.
Advice to owner:
The stairwell is kind of scary but it does feel secure maybe brighten it up to make it feel more welcoming

Good location, not so great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location close to Bryant Park
Cons:
Directly on 6th Avenue; commercial property on 2nd floor (now vacant but used to house a massage parlor of the not-so-reputable variety); package receipt is hit or miss as no doorman and lots of foot traffic going into commercial location; water takes FOREVER to heat up
Advice to owner:
Move package receipt to second floor; improve water pressure
