Obnoxious building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, clean and newly renovated units, really nice doormen.
Cons:
I found this management company to be completely money obsessed to the point where they nickel and dime you. The building being on 5th Avenue also makes it extremely loud.
Advice to owner:
Really consider if the units are worth such a high cost.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is amazing Clean Maintenance is responded to in a timely man ee
Cons:
The leasing company is so rude and unhelpful. They were extremely unhelpful in renewing my lease and told me they’d rather jump out of a window then help us.

Great building in prime downtown location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doorman and elevator, responsive super, ample laundry facilities on alternating floors, no pest history, good water pressure, new appliances
Cons:
No gym or amenities, can be loud being on fifth avenue especially with ongoing water main pipe construction, can hear pipes in the walls on occasion
Advice to owner:
Continue the great management and building upkeep

Great experience here
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is a great building. The doormen are attentive and helpful, especially Ron and Simon. The super, Ricky, is the best. He responds to calls, emails, and texts immediately and any issue I had was always fixed as quickly as possible. I love my apartment and the building.
Cons:
The only real con is that there are a lot of college students and/or recent grads. This can lead to parties in apartments. The sound insulation is decent and I can hear people in the hallways more than the people on either side of me, but there have been a few late Friday and Saturday nights on my floor.

Convenient location but horribly managed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location, elevator
Cons:
Had bedbugs, super and doormen not helpful with issues, lived in apt facing 5th Ave and was incredibly noisy.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenants and hire a more organized super.
