Charming 10unit pre-war building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Incredible location. Only 10 units in the building, some of the tenants have lived there for years and have formed a tight knit community. They are very friendly, communicate through a group text. Quiet building.
Cons:
Carpet in the lobby, stairway and halls which smell terrible. Bed bug infestation due to one tenant on the first floor who is a hoarder.
