It’s a bit better

Pros:
 With a new management of edwin, the building has improved. still has issues, but the issues get resolved
Cons:
 I am still waiting for a few repairs to be done
Advice to owner:
live in the building for 50 years it had been hell, finally a good manager was hired 3 years ago who is taking care our requests  and does seem to care

Be more careful who you rent to. We are not a dormitory which is how you treat the building.
