Great location and apartment - but noisy
Pros
Beautiful apartment. Owner is very responsive and friendly.
Cons
Garbage management is not great - it's left in the lobby. Very loud area -- there are multiple nightclubs so at night can get crowded and loud
Advice to the owners
Keep up the responsiveness

Great location and building
Pros
Units were large and spacious, totally great as shared flex spaces. Kitchen was nice and apartment generally felt very modern. Laundry in-unit was awesome too.
Cons
Noise levels from nearby clubs is probably the worst part of the building, with also large groups hanging outside the front typically. You sometimes had to wait to throw trash out, since the dumpsters out front are only out sporadically.
Advice to the owners
Figure out permanent trash disposal and add recycling.
