Nice building & responsive management

Pros:
Building is clean and well maintained. Pest control comes to each door once a month and I’ve never seen a bug.
Cons:
Maintenance will come quickly, but then have follow up things he needs to leave for. Then won’t ever return. Also will shut off hot water to fix radiator without warning and be without hot water for more than 6 hours

No sound proofing on windows. Layouts were a bit weird (no windows in living room)
