Cockroaches in hallways, dirty laundry machines, stolen packages

Pros:
good location and rent controlled
Cons:
* Cockroaches and other bugs in hallway
* Has laundry in building but the washer is extremely dirty and is never cleaned so it's basically unusable
* Packages regularly get stolen by homeless people who get inside the building

Location is nice and you get good value for your $$$

Pros:
RENT CONTROLLED!! Walking distance to many subways. Good price. Close to Fairway supermarket. Madison sq park is cute.
Cons:
Super is weird. See a couple roaches in the summer but they have pest control if you bug management.
Advice to owner:
Get a better super. Clean common areas
