So. Many. Roaches

Pros:
Beautiful apartments, truly gorgeous
Cons:
Roaches started raining from the ceiling of my unit once spring hit—coming out of the fireplace and door frames and molding.
Advice to owner:
Put trash outside not in basement

Exquisite Style, Pets allowed, lacks high level management.

Pros:
Beautiful building, big well decorated spaces. Convenient location. High ceilings and lovely details. Allows pets. Very nice neighbors and tenants with a good balance of friendliness and privacy.
Cons:
Hallways not vacuumed and cleaned often. Lower apartments are cold. Windows are very old and a lot of street noise. Management slow to respond to complaints.
