A traumatizing experience of being gaslight and finding black mold.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice windows… even though they were coated in black dirt
Cons:
Loud because of fire station, black mold!!!, horrible and rude building owner and landlord that yell at you and belittle you. They don’t tell you what they are doing when performing maintenance or who will be in your apartment. You have no control and they do not care about providing safe living conditions.

Landlords Keep as MUCH of Security Deposit As Possible and NEVER Reply
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice Location with elevator
Cons:
Worst landlords I have ever had, currently filing court claim against them for not returning security deposit and illegally charging over 1 month rent in deposit.
- Very Noisy - Has mice problem
