TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, BROKEN ELEVATOR
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, cheap rent for the neighborhood, fairly spacious apartment
Cons:
The management is awful, rude, and irresponsible. I had an emergent issue with my apartment and they refused to come. Then, they refused to compensate me for the money I had to spend to fix it. The super lied about a conversation we had and the landlord is completely unresponsive. Additionally, the elevator has been broken more than it has worked. People regularly get stuck. I know the fire department well. Would not recommend moving here at all.
