A Mixed bag

Elevator building in the shadow of the flatiron building, location location location
Cons:
Old and outdated, dirty entrance and no shoddy vestibule
Advice to owner:
Don’t be so predatory with your rent hikes

Quiet street, responsive landlord, pretty clean.
Cons:
Very loud radiators, poor water pressure, laundry machines very old and not always operable.
