Wouldnt have moved
Former Tenant
Pros:
Space is huge with high ceilings. Big windows allow much sunshine in. Strong hot water. Heat works too well. Deposit returned to us without delay. Security front door app excellent . Supers are super !
Cons:
Neighbors music and shouts can be heard until early in the morning. Sounds can be heard from hallway. You can hear conversation of neighbor when you walk through hallway . The entrance door is extremely heavy.
Advice to owner:
Improve sound proofing

Good but can be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is cleaned and well maintained, super is friendly and attentive. Quick repairs.
Cons:
Big price increases after covid, no intention to negotiate or work with existing tenants who’ve been there for years. For the price, units are a bit dated and could use upgrades and better wall repair/paint jobs. Awful popcorn ceilings that are cracked and chipping.. You are mostly paying for the very convenient location.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade the apts.
