Sweet Spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
This location hits the sweet spot for those who can call it home. Incredible location: vibrant and family friendly. In the center of everything. Walking distance to all train lines. Park views. Incredibly friendly and caring doormen. And great and responsive building maintenance. Incredibly clean. Great amenities: gym, pent house lounge, storage, laundry, mail room, and clothing donation, in addition to an annual building Halloween party for the kiddos.
Cons:
While the building employees are fabulous, the neighbors tend to stick to themselves—not very social.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up!
