Great Place for Short-term Rental

Pros:
This was previously a hotel, converted into mini studios available for short-term Leases, with a minimum of 30 days. The layout is similar to a Hotel, with a queen bed, desk, private bathroom, and mini-fridge and microwave. It was designed nicely. There are common areas for the living room and kitchen. You had to provide personal information and be vetted before gaining access. I appreciated that for safety. Great location, quiet fellow tenants, clean, well kept space.
Cons:
I leased online and sometimes when I had a question it was unclear who I needed to see; the person I rented from online or the staff in the building.
