Pros:
-Great doormen and super -Laundry on every floor -App for packages and guests -Beautiful lobby
Cons:
-no natural light in most apartments -a few bug issues -co op so there are more fees to move in and depending on who your landlord is they may or may not be very willing to help you if something needs to be replaced.
Advice to owner:
None at this time

Pros:
The location and my unit are amazing.
Cons:
Building Manager and Super are nasty and incompetent. Board is happy with this and is only concerned with spending more money on projects.
Advice to owner:
Rent or buy anywhere else, unless you have a lot of money to burn.

Cons:
No outdoor space. Internal facing apartment was dark.
