Amazing stay in the Huys condominium
Former Tenant
Pros:
I stayed in a 1-bed Huys condo when I first moved to New York city. The building architecture and construction is top-notch. The staff is fantastic and very helpful in accommodating most requests. I did not use the amenities much but the roof deck was nice enough for a building of Huys size. Probably the best part of living in Huys as a tenant was that the building is very empty in the summer months, almost like you have it to yourself.
Cons:
I had a terrible time dealing with the property owner's agent who had the unit up for sale during my entire tenancy.
