Spacious Apartment, Be aware of construction

Pros:
The apartment was large, with a spacious living room and bedrooms. Each bedroom had great closet space, and the larger bedroom having a walk-in closet. The kitchen had newly installed stainless steel appliances which worked well.
Cons:
There was loud construction going on, including the use of a jackhammer, very near our apartment during the weekdays for several months. It's a good idea to confirm if there will be construction going on while you are staying there. The floors are also very thin, and the neighbors living below us would complain that they hear footsteps loudly.
Advice to owner:
Insulate ceilings/floors better to keep sound from passing through so easily.
