Illegal "massage parlor" in the building and RATS

Pros:
- nothing
- i guess close to the train
Cons:
- a rat died in the wall near the stairs and they said the exterminator COULD NOT FIND IT so they let it rot in the wall for 2 months - the worst smell ever. Landlord did not care. DO NOT RENT HERE
- on the second floor there is an illegal "massage parlor" (brothel). shares an entrance with the building. Women illegally live in the massage parlor and men visit at all hours. very sad and unsafe for tenants and the women
- smells like cigarette smoke 24/7 because of the illegal brothel in the building
- landlord did not give me their number - only way to contact for repairs was through email
- we saw mice in our kitchen 2x and cockroaches
