Has potential, needs some upkeep
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was spacious and the management company was very quick to respond. Also located near several trains.
Cons:
Heat barely worked (to their credit, management was responsive and identified a temporary workaround), we had pests on multiple occasions
Advice to owner:
Fix heat
