Pros:
The super is very nice and helpful. The building remains clean and the elevators are a plus.
Cons:
The ac units cannot be removed, laundry room is kind of a pain

Pros:
The super is pretty responsive. He is sometimes a tad dismissive but always comes to look at the problem promptly. We haven’t had any issue with pests and the building is pretty clean throughout
Cons:
The laundry situation is a bit annoying. There’s in building laundry, but around twice as many washing machines as there are drying machines and the dryers never work properly. They’ve said they’re going to upgrade all the machines but unclear when that’s happening. Also the elevator I think is safe but is a bit unsettling to be on.
Advice to owner:
Please update the laundry.
