Great Apartment In Manhattan

Pros:
I have lived in this building for over 3 years and enjoy it. Any issues I have had the super or building management have been pretty quick to address.
Cons:
Rent has been raised significantly over the years, especially for 2024 at over 13%. There is also a lot of construction going on in the building currently which makes it hard for me to work from home due to all the noise.
Advice to owner:
Stop raising rents so much for tenants who are in good standing

Cons:
The doorman swore at me and would smoke inside the building Cockroaches. One month with out remediation and they comeback IN FULL FORCE. MY APARTMENT WAS DISGUSTING. FOUND A TOE-NAIL WHEN I MOVED IN. When I mopped the floors were BLACK Basement shared with restaurant No sunlight depending on unit CEILING LEAKED

Clean up your apartment. Dude. Gross.
