Great Apartment In Manhattan

Pros:
I have lived in this building for over 3 years and enjoy it. Any issues I have had the super or building management have been pretty quick to address.
Cons:
Rent has been raised significantly over the years, especially for 2024 at over 13%. There is also a lot of construction going on in the building currently which makes it hard for me to work from home due to all the noise.
Advice to owner:
Stop raising rents so much for tenants who are in good standing

The doorman swore at me and would smoke inside the building
Cockroaches. One month with out remediation and they comeback IN FULL FORCE.
MY APARTMENT WAS DISGUSTING. FOUND A TOE-NAIL WHEN I MOVED IN. When I mopped the floors were BLACK
