Highly Recommend 160 Madison Avenue
Former Tenant
Pros:
160 Madison Avenue is a fantastic building. The units have floor to ceiling windows. The roof deck, gym and BBQ are all great amenities.
Cons:
The ceiling was cracking and it was due to the foundation. The handyman quickly fixed the issue.

Nice building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Perfect location, friendly management
Cons:
Sometimes it was loud because Madison Avenue has a lot of traffic. But if you go on a higher floor, it might be less noisy!
Advice to owner:
Nothing to say! All is good!
