decent walkup apartment, nice super

Pros:
while management themselves are not responsive, the super is and is very nice which makes up for it
apartments are a decent size for what you get, never had any mice or roach problems
Cons:
no natural sunlight if you're in the back of the building
water would go out frequently

Bad very bad management

Pros:
Enough quite since my windows faced back site.
Cons:
Garbage doesn’t picked up for several weeks, cockroaches are in the bathroom, heat system works terrible and can’t be adjusted, very cold in winter and if the weather is warm enough it’s still heat as a hell. The hot water needs to be wait at least 5 min in bathroom.
Advice to owner:
Clean building, replace heating system, update water heater
