Great value building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The price for the units are very attractive. Even the renovated units are affordable. The doormen are good and the staff are responsive enough.
Cons:
The management is extremely non- responsive, so it's a hassle when it comes to signing the lease, changing tenants, etc.

Awesome doormen, great quality for price
Former Tenant
Pros:
- super clean - awesome doormen (friendly, helpful, pleasant) - hardworking building staff, vacuum hallways regularly - minimal rent increases YoY ($80-$100 total) - reasonable rent - awesome roof and views - small garden in back
Cons:
- minor pest issues (some roaches across multiple floors for new-er bldg) - took super long to get security deposit back and had to berate several times via phone to finally receive - some laundry machines didn't work great - got a bit "party-esque" but now that they no longer allow flexes this is better
Advice to owner:
Return security deposits sooner, improve pest issues
