Pros:
The doormen are nice.
Cons:
I wouldn’t live here again if Rudin paid ME. Do not waste your time dealing with this company.

Clean laundry room
Spacious apartments
Cons:
I wrote individual checks/tips at Christmas for all 12 of the staff. The staff never received them and my bank discovered that the super had written all of the checks over to himself and kept the money. I called Mr Rudin, the owner of the building, and he did NOTHING about it.
Advice to owner:
Stop enabling abusive and dishonest employees

Messy tenants who don’t know how to throw trash out or recycle properly.

Pros:
Great doormen, wonderful neighbors and views! Lots of closets.
Cons:
Horrible to work with this management company. They are corrupt and seedy. Hari used to work for the Dept of Buildings so they pull all the shortcuts. Will blame you for issues in the building like leaks.
Horrible paint jobs, they don’t sand they just paint over wires, etc. Storage area is gross and unkept.
Advice to owner:
Be kind and stop power tripping on people.
