If you have other options, don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s pretty clean and the doormen are nice
Cons:
The management company of the building is unresponsive and the super is never available when asked for. The doormen refuse to call the super if you need to assistance and residents are forced to use email and wait for a delayed response. Management company is also slow to respond and disorganized and rude. They couldn’t even locate the keys to our unit upon our move in since they were accidentally taken by the previous residents. We had to leave our items in an unlocked unsupervised unit for days.
Advice to owner:
Be more organized and treat your residents with respect.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice doormen Amazing location Good size apartments
Cons:
Management company (Babad) is a group of conmen. Operate by their own rules. Disregard NY city rental laws. Go at your own risk
