Nice building, bad lighting, occasional pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
- quiet building - elevator (very small, definitely meant for freight, but it works and it’s nice) - accommodating with putting flex wall up/down - very spacious (especially kitchen) - balconies for all units - minimal pest issues
Cons:
- the live-in super is very rude and condescending - cannot control heat (so sometimes it’s really hot, and sometimes it’s freezing) - terrible lighting, at least for south-facing units - have seen multiple mouse and a few roaches, though I’ve been told by other tenants this is a new issue - trash chute is advertised, but it’s tiny and can barely be used - no doorman - drainage issues in bathroom - do not allow renewals of more than a year
