Cons:

Great Building! Great Staff!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen are the nicest doormen in the city. They are kind, helpful, friendly, and remember small details. The building is well-maintained and it is easy to make maintenance requests.
Cons:
Honestly barely any cons, the water ends up being down for an hour or so for maintenance every two or three weeks, which is a little weird, but otherwise it is great. They need to update the laundry machines.
Advice to owner:
Modernize a little, then you’ve got a perfect building

Great building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, roof deck, best doormen in the whole city
Cons:
Showing it’s age a bit, few amenities
Advice to owner:
Minimal investment in areas like the roof deck, the laundry room, would elevate the entire building a lot
